Prologue

i began this blog over a year ago, expecting to be in hawaii already...

i was wrong. i chose instead, after recovering from a particularly virulent virus, to attend the 70th international AA convention in toronto, and deal with one additional winter afterward. a good time was had by all, and i was reunited with several old friends.

i found a new apartment to sublease, and gave up my full time position, effectively retiring. i now work only on a per diem basis. i have put off a lot of my forward motion to work on another forum for the past 5 months. that is calming down now, so its back to plan A, and back to recording my lead-up to the hawaii relocation.
